These week we’re seeing an entirely web-based software line-up! My big qualm with these softwares is that 7 of the 10 softwares do not post their pricing schemes…which makes it rather difficult to measure the total value of each system. Here are a few key points to take note of:

Elevate, Epic Event, eTicketing, Event Essentials and Eventix Ticketing Software do not offer reserved seating capabilities.
Eventbee does not offer onsite ticketing.
Elevate, Event Essentials, Event Ticketing Software, Eventbee, EventCetera, and Eventix Ticketing Software do not offer season ticket capabilities.
Eventbee does not offer a customer database.
Eclipse Ticketing, Etix, and Eventix Software do not offer fundraising management.

With half of these softwares lacking reserved seating capabilities and more than half without season ticket capabilities, I’m skeptical of whether or not these softwares can actually meet many performing arts organizations needs.
