OFFICIAL RULES – TicketPeak Giveaway Sweepstakes
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is TicketPeak Inc., headquartered in Illinois, USA.
2. Eligibility
Open to event-organizing entities (such as theatres, festivals, and other organizations) legally operating in the United States (excluding New York and Florida) and Canada (excluding Quebec), that:
- Sell between 1,000 and 10,000 tickets annually
- Have at least two ticketed events scheduled within the next 12 months
- Are not current or former TicketPeak clients
An authorized representative of the organization must complete the entry form and certify they have authority to bind the organization to these Official Rules and accept the prize on its behalf.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, Sept 12, 6:00am central time and ends on Sun, Oct 5, 11:59pm.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing products or services will not increase chances of winning.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible organizations may enter by completing the official entry form, which includes:
- Full name of authorized representative
- Organization name
- Organization website
- Email address
- Phone number
- Annual ticket volume (must be within eligibility range)
- Confirmation of at least two upcoming ticketed events
- Confirmation that the organization is not a current TicketPeak client
- Role in ticketing decision-making
- Event type(s) organized and next event date
- Consent to be contacted for marketing purposes and agreement to publicity terms
Limit: One entry per organization.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winning organization will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winning organization will be notified via email to its authorized representative within 24 hours of the drawing and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize
Grand Prize: One year of free TicketPeak ticketing service (ticketing fees waived), with full onboarding, training, and support. Credit card processing fees still apply if TicketPeak is used to process payments.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is based on annual ticketing volume of the winner. As an example, the value for an organization that sells 5,000 tickets at $25 per ticket would be approximately $4.375.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted for cash.
8. Taxes
The winning organization is responsible for any and all applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with the prize. In the United States, if the ARV exceeds $600, TicketPeak may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC in the name of the organization.
9. Publicity Release
By entering, the authorized representative affirms they have the authority to grant, and on behalf of the organization they represent, grants TicketPeak the right to use the organization’s name, logo, event information, and likenesses of key personnel for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TicketPeak, which are final and binding. TicketPeak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless TicketPeak, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or causes of action arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
13. Void Where Prohibited
The Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, New York, Florida, and where prohibited by law.
14. Winner’s List
For the name of the winning organization or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: TicketPeak, LLC – 641 S Bodin Street, Hinsdale, IL, 60521, Illinois, USA.
