How to Refund Tickets - Transcript
Hi, there. This is Jannah with TicketPeak, and today we’re going to be learning how to refund tickets on TicketPeak. So let’s get started. First things first, you’ll want to go to your customer’s tab here, and then I just chose the tickets that I purchased today. I’m in my test account. You could use this tab right here to go ahead and search for the customer that needs tickets refunded or canceled, or you could search by the voucher code as well. So first things first, you’re going to select this transaction date right here, and then you will see right here, this is in my previous video, I had just exchanged tickets. So this exchange ticket right here, I’m going to go ahead and cancel it. So after you hit the transaction date on the first page, you’ll hit the cancel button.
And then from here, you can choose no refund or cash refund. If I have purchased the ticket with a credit card, a credit card check refund would be selected right here, and you could select that as well. But if you choose no refund, you could just process the cancellation and it double-checks and asks you, are you sure you want to continue to cancel? You select yes, and the ticket has been canceled. And that ticket, which was D5 for the 15th, as soon as it’s canceled, it is available again. So you’ll see D5 on the 15th is no longer there. It’s no longer sold, it’s automatically opened up again. So that is the process for cancellations and refunds, on how to complete that on TicketPeak.
