We have not raised our basic theatre ticket prices in years.
To provide the convenience of reserving seats (and not having to show up two hours early for a major production to line up in the rain to get the seat you want/need), all tickets are subject to ticketing and credit/debit card processing fees, unless otherwise noted. Currently, we
are charged approximately 12.5% (on a $10 ticket, we pay $1.25), but we have chosen to round that down to 10% so that the math is more transparent to our patrons. Concert tickets
purchased "at the gate" will be higher than the online price and fees, typically by $5 or more per ticket; play tickets
will be $3 higher at the door than online. Most
venues of our age also charge a "historic preservation fee" of $2–3 per ticket for all events; we are not currently doing so, but are hoping that enough of you will become Ozark Arts Council members
that the needs of operating this historic building will be sufficiently met by memberships.
