For the most part, these ticketing systems compare quite well to one another. Many of these softwares offer what I deem to be the most crucial ticketing system features – reserved seating, onsite and online ticketing, season ticket capabilities, a customer database, and effective fundraising management. That being said, more than half of these systems do not post their pricing schemes so it is difficult to measure the total value of each system without these figures. Here are a few key points to take note of:

  • AttendStar does not offer a customer database.
  • Bilet does not offer fundraising management.
  • Attendly, AttendStar, Bilet, and Box Office Xpress do not offer season ticket capabilities.

Overall, I’m quite impressed with this line-up of ticketing systems. All of them offer a reserved seating feature (as they should) and more than half of them offer season ticket capabilities. Of course, we think that you should also consider our own online ticketing system TicketPeak. Maybe we’re a little biased, but we truly believe that our system holds its own against our competitors and offers feature-rich cloud-based software at a very reasonable and cost-effective price-point.
